 1. I want to meet CHARICE.

2. I wish for her to sign all the albums that I bought. :)

3. I want to ask her if she'd want to go out with me? lol.

4. I wish to sit front row in her future concerts here in PI or abroad.

5. I want for her to hug my mom and sing her a song.

6. I wish we're friends.

7. I want to have duet with her, even if I can't carry a tune.

8. I wish she finds a lot of time to rest.

9. I want to be her back up singer! hahaha I'd be the worst back-up singer she'd ever have.

10. Lastly, I wish for her to sing any song and have it dedicated to ME. yay!

CHARICE : MY NAPA REVIEW

With the recent appearance of Charice during the 6^th Annual NAPA Valley Festival Del Sole 2011, Chasters all around the world have finally quenched their thirst after waiting for updates, news and videos.

I have seen the videos uploaded by Chasters who were there and I must say, Charice shined like never before. Tthe quality of the videos are not at its best but IT’S THE BEST THAT WE CHASTERS HAVE. KUDOS to those Chasters who have allowed us to feel how it is to be in her presence. I just feel a bit sad reading some comments in youtube about her performance. There seems to be no ending on these CRABS and their MENTALITY. Nonetheless, I have contained my frustrations and sadness in a bottle and throw it away.

The fashion style of Charice is what I fancy. Its simple and its her loved color. She definitely commands her fashion style and how she wants us to see her in her next appearances. SHEEK AND GLAM, SIMPLE AND ICONIC.

For now, CHASTERS just have to wait for what can, would, should, shall HAPPEN NEXT.  But what I am so excited about is the debut of her 3^rd Music VIDEO for ONE DAY, which is surely out before the month ends (hopeful).

BTW, I missed blogging for the past weeks as I have been engaged in another job which demanded much of my time. I have constantly lurked in CHARICEMANIA but failed to log on to UNO’s chatbox as I have limited time online.

BULL DOCTOR - Tamami (Makiko Esumi), known as the "Bull Doctor," is a forensic doctor who uses any means necessary to uncover the truth. She is also a mother with one child. Due to her persistence she is often butting heads with a passionate detective (Satomi Ishihara) and fellow forensic doctor (Goro Inagaki).

Not the first time - Leah Salonga, Tony Award - winning actress/ singer, in almost all interviews here in the Philippines and abroad has nothing to say but praises and admiration for Charice. It was in the luxury Hotel Carlyle in New York where she gave a moment to be interviewed by Ryan Songalia (professional writer. She was asked all sorts of questions but what caught my attention was her honest opinion on Filipino talents such as Arnel Pineda and Charice, who have penetrated the US Music Industry because of pure talent. (Charice is mentioned at 6:40 )

HEALTHY FRUIT SHAKE: All you need is GUYABANO

I’m not sure if Americans are aware of a fruit that is called GUYABANO. It’s not the best seller among fruits and you don’t get to see it being made available at the supermarket. But it is one of the healthiest fruits I must say, considering the benefits we get from a fruit dubbed as the “miracle fruit.” Yes it is a miracle fruit because it can cure CANCER.

Cancer is a disease characterized by “out-of-control cell growth.” The medical society has discovered that there are over 100 different types of cancer and each is classified by the type of cell that is initially affected. Cancer mostly strikes the cervix, prostrate, breast and lungs. And the major causes of cancer is believed to be a combination of genetic factors and outside carcinogens like tobacco, viruses, infection, vinyl chloride and inappropriate diet. How you take care of your health, the food you eat and your kind of lifestyle matters in dealing with Cancer. Thus it is very important to stay healthy and eat healthy food.

The “Guyabano” is a very healthy fruit.  It is the fruit from the Graviola tree that is a miraculous natural cancer cell killer said to be 10,000 times stronger than Chemo. That is why I am here to let you know that a glass of some sour sop juice from time to time is not only healthy and good for your diet but it also prevents cancer. The taste is not that bad and it’s completely natural.  It definitely has no side effects as well. That is why if you have space, I suggest you plant one in your garden because the other parts of the tree are as useful as the fruit itself. And do you know that the Graviola tree–including the bark, leaves, roots, fruit and fruit-seeds – have been used for centuries by medicine men and native Indians in South America to treat heart disease, asthma, liver problems and arthritis. That is very interesting, right?

Now, because the fruit is a bit sour, it might not appeal to you. But I want to share with you how I make this sour-tasting fruit into a smooth and luscious shake that you cannot resist. This is a very good alternative for the usual fruit shakes we order in snack bars and restaurants or food shops. And it’s very easy and convenient to prepare. For a single blending, good for about 3 tall glasses, you will need about 2 cups “guyabano” flesh, peeled and seed removed, 1/2 cup skimmed milk, ¼ cup honey, 2 cups ice cube and 1 cup cold water.

Preparing it is as simple as drinking it afterwards.  All you just have to do is put everything into the blender and pulse it a couple of times until a smooth, rich and creamy consistency is attained. Pour it into your glass and viola; you have a healthy, cancer-preventing fruit shake that fits your diet and healthy lifestyle. And it doesn’t even cause you that much to prepare it.

So, the next time you buy your fruits and vegetables at the supermarket look for a guyabano fruit  and take 2-3 pieces, that should be enough for a week. If it’s not available in the supermarket you can check on local Asian stores or check its availability online as well. 

RECALLED POST - (SCAM) Petition : RELEASE CHARICE's LIVE CONCERT in JAPAN

I just found out through concerned Chasters in CM that the link I shared to all of you guys is actually a scam. Yes, I tried to sign up again, and saw it for myself. They now ask for donations for this petition, which was not there when I first signed up. Initially, I thought this is for real and that sincere Chasters made this for US to see the Live Concert of our dear Charice in DVD. However, I am mistaken.

And for this I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to all Chasters and for creating this mess. I have learned my lesson, and I assure you I will definitely be careful next time. I will be deleting the link in this post as well. But I will leave the post itself so that I can explain myself.

I am hoping for your understanding. I am still a chaster, and will always be one.

Just recently, there has been an online petition created to support Warner Music Japan to release Charice Live Concert in DVD. The petition states and I quote -

"We hereby declare our support for Warner Music Japan, to make their full efforts as they have always made for all the Warner artists, to release Charice's recent Japan Tour on DVD for her fans who actually went & saw it, millions who couldn't make it, and zillions who desperately wanted to make it but couldn't.

To the honorable Warner Music group, please consider releasing the wonderful moment of our lifetime on DVD "


THIS IS GOING TO BE AMAZING, IF THE PETITION WILL BE HONORED CHASTERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD WILL BE ABLE TO WITNESS CHARICE'S FIRST INTERNATIONAL SOLO CONCERT.

Charice, loved by the Japanese People, has been given Great feedback after the four (4) leg concert in Japan which culminated in Osaka. Chasters who weren't able to see the concert live cheered for Charice only in personal videos uploaded in Youtube by ninjachasters. So this petition will be a blessing in disguise to all Chasters who will be able to own a copy of this Live Concert in DVD.

CHARICE : A-list Awards and Recognitions

One hot afternoon while lurking in the world wide web looking for updates on Charice, I looked up her profile in Wiki and found out that for the last four years international Rnb singer and actress, Charice has been receiving various awards and recognition not just in the Philippines but in other countries as well. Some I didn't know but most of them I am familiar with.

I am in awe that for such a short period of time Charice indeed has come a long way. From losing in a local talent show and rising to fame, a fairy tale story unfolds before our very eyes. And nobody can deny her enormous talent and lovable personality even when she is still put down by some of her detractors. Her heart eats and breathes respect to all and she remained grounded despite the fortune she currently holds in her hands. This is perhaps due to how she was raised by her mother and the Filipino values that she chose to practice. And she has Oprah and David at her back.

I am a mere fan. A chaster, I call myself. I might not have seen her concerts or participated in her shows. But knowing that there is a soul in me believing in her pure talent is enough. It might not be enough for others but it is enough for me. And someday, I know I will meet her and when I do, it will be heaven on earth.

Three things I have learned while being a fan:
1. Accept others opinion even if its the worst, as that remains an opinion and I cannot do anything about it. It makes my blood boil reading some hurtful words being said here and there but I realized that as long as I know and I feel the truth of what and who Charice, nothing will persuade me from becoming a fan.

2. Contentment, happiness and joy by just seeing a 10 or 20 seconder clip or video of Charice. My mouth drops wide open every time I listen to her sing, talk or even smile. Yes, a smile, a giggle or a burst of laughter coming from her is heartwarming and it brings the purest joy of all joys.

3. Staying simple and be true to oneself. Charice has always been an inspiration and will continue to be one. I'm not that young anymore, although I still feel young, but knowing Charice and how she handles her fame and her success inspires me to do great things not just for myself but for my family as well. And if ever success will come knocking to my door, I'd definitely know how to handle it as I have the best and the youngest teacher there is CHARICE.
